Each of these are strategies that may support you in your developing skills within the classroom. Try them and continue to use the proforma to rate your progress.
Share and reflect on your growing competence and also share the change in your approaches in the classroom. The more opportunities you have to share what works well and find out from colleagues what they do well the more you will continue to learn.
You should find opportunities to share these with teacher colleagues. Make sure that you are given meeting time to work together as Cover Supervisors but also be a part of faculty, subject or phase meetings where you can share ideas with others.
