What will be covered in the course?
- Defining coaching and its principles and how it can support the development of a learning culture in your organisation
- Exploring the skills and qualities of a coach and how these skills can foster excellence and improvement across the whole organisation
- Explaining the differences between coaching and mentoring and the value of both as tools for learning
- Introducing some of the tools and techniques to structure and support coaching conversations and an opportunity to practise coaching with others
Certificate on Completion
A certificate of completion is awarded to participants who completed all of the tasks on the course to a satisfactory level.
