How will this course benefit you?

This course focuses on the latest OFSTED Inspection Handbook and looks in depth at the details within it that need to be an integral part of senior and middle leaders’ conversations and discussions about evidence that defines the quality of education within the school or college. Consistency is key to being able to highlight the evidence that the curriculum is delivering high quality outcomes for all pupils. We look at how to ensure all staff are able to answer deep dive questions about their own teaching, how they work with learners, how they know they are well and happy, making progress and accessing deep knowledge as well as continually developing new skills for learning.
