This course has been developed as an introduction to the skills of coaching. “An Introduction to Coaching” examines the principles of coaching and how using a coaching approach can have a dramatic effect on change and challenge for leaders, managers and teachers in education.  

We look at how coaching is transformational in building cultural change so that staff work more in synergy and collaboration and learners are more ready for challenge, risk taking and self-belief.
