  • Managing behaviour in the classroom that creates a culture where the attitudes of adults and learners are in harmony and focused on the desire to create a culture where staff and pupils are working together through respected role models and positive behaviour strategies
  • Clarifying a set of values and principles that will underpin and enhance the transformation that will lead to the realisation of the vision the school or college has to foster positive behaviours and shared values linked to a desire to protect the wellbeing of all those involved
  • Explore the techniques and processes that facilitate a happy and ambitious school enabling staff to feel confident in themselves as powerful exponents of their craft and who know how to build self-esteem and a readiness for deep learning for all learners
