We have an enviable reputation for delivering the highest quality CPD that has a lasting impact for the delegate, for their team or teams and for the school as a whole. In order to continue to offer our range of courses in the most accessible way possible we have put many of them onto a digitlal platform that is accessible and can be reused by several members of the same team, phase or department. Our digital download courses come with two hours free coaching from one of our team of educational experts who can guide you through the content, support goal setting or explain how the materials, activities and resources can be used.

How will this course benefit you?
Instructional coaching is gaining in popularity and is increasingly being used as a personalised and sustainable approach to developing teaching and learning within schools’ CPD programmes.
Understanding the value of using coaching to support teachers, tailored to their individual needs at any stage in their career, will empower them to solve their own problems, be confident enough to innovate and learn through independent enquiry, reflect in partnership with peers and engage in deep professional learning conversations which help develop and sustain highly effective teaching and learning in the classroom.
Using instructional coaching to enhance teacher reflection and development can enhance a culture of professional learning and collaboration and contribute to positive, evidence-based approaches to lesson observation and appraisal

Creating CPD that is sustainable and cost effective
We design all our courses so that you can take your learning back to share with your colleagues. The materials, resources and activities are available electronically for you to download and use again.
We know that where delegates can share and cascade their learning with their colleagues they consolidate their learning and others benefit from that learning. In this way the professional development has a far greater impact on individual, team and whole school improvement.
