Erika Biddlecombe

Erika was a highly successful head teacher of a primary school until retirement in December 2018. She led her school through three outstanding SIAMS inspections as well as an outstanding Ofsted inspection whilst deputy.

Her passion is making a difference to children’s lives through education, positivity and well-being and with these three elements present in a school she absolutely believes that the sky is the limit for children and staff!

Erika has also coached and mentored teachers to senior members of staff, nurturing and growing our future school leaders. Prior to education Erika worked as a freelance writer and appeared on a day time news/consumer TV show for two years.

Even though she has retired from full time education the heart still remains in schools and providing the best education we can for the youth of our country and world.
