Meet the Founder

My name is Glynis Frater and I’ve been developing CPD linked to education policy for many years. My areas of expertise are coaching, teaching and curriculum design as part of whole school improvement and change.

As lead trainer for the key skills support program in England and Wales I have a wealth of experience in the embedding of literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum.

Until 2010 I was Programme Director of a high profile government funded coaching program that created a whole organisation CDP model aiming to embed good practice and high quality training across the organisation.

I believe passionately that great teachers have a lasting impact.
